1. Initial Consultation

  • We will contact the client to discuss their needs regarding window and door replacements.

  • Clients are required to provide the floor plan of the property to ensure accurate measurements and assessments can be made.

  • Clients will choose from a variety of window and door types that we offer. Our team is available to provide professional advice to help in making the best choice based on the client's aesthetic and functional needs.

2. Deposit and Material Ordering

  • To initiate the order of materials, a deposit of at least 50% of the total quotation is required. This deposit is non-refundable and confirms the client's commitment to the project.

  • Upon receipt of the deposit, we will proceed with ordering the necessary materials tailored to the client's specifications.

3. Material Inspection

  • Once materials arrive, clients are invited to inspect the goods to confirm that all specifications meet their requirements. This ensures transparency and satisfaction before installation begins.

4. Installation Scheduling

  • After client approval of the materials, we will schedule an installation date that is convenient for the client. We strive to be flexible and minimize disruption to the client's daily schedule.

5. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upon completion of the installation. Clients are encouraged to inspect the work and ensure that all aspects of the service meet their expectations before making the final payment.

6. Quality Guarantee and Issue Resolution

  • We guarantee the quality of our work. If any issues arise post-installation, we will return to address and fix these issues at the minimum cost or just the material cost to the client, if needed. This guarantee is valid for [specify duration] from the date of installation.

  • Our work is also backed by a warranty covering [specify what the warranty covers], ensuring our products and services are free from material and workmanship defects.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the mateerial order made or the scheduled installation date. Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
